How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access with up to 25 invoice submissions — no credit card required. It's the perfect way to explore VendorFlow before committing.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime, and your subscription will stay active until the end of your billing month. While we don’t offer refunds, we are happy to pause or cancel your account without hassle.
What happens if I go over my invoice limit?
VendorFlow uses a hybrid billing model: you pay a monthly subscription for your chosen tier, and if you exceed your invoice limit, we will simply bill the extra usage at month-end. No interruptions — just seamless scaling.
Is pricing based on the number of companies or users?
Nope! You can add unlimited companies and users to your subscription. We charge only for the number of invoices processed, not how many clients you manage.
Do you offer bulk discounts or custom pricing?
Absolutely. We have multiple plan options across Business, Accounting, and Property Management use cases. For larger volumes or special requirements, please email us at sales@vendorflow.tech.
What accounting systems does VendorFlow work with?
We integrate directly with Sage Accounting and Xero via API. For WeConnectU, we offer a smart workaround using automation tools — and we are ready to support deeper integrations as soon as APIs are available.
